CONTRACT TO HIRE
TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement and execute hiring strategy for recruiting diverse talent to meet the needs of the organization by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with leadership to discuss need
- Collaborate with leadership team to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives and goals and become a trusted resource and partner
- Design sourcing strategies to attract the best fits for the company
- Identify trends and make recommendations on staying ahead of the competition in the attraction of top talent
- Develop strong business relationships with internal and external customers, as well as candidates and recruiting colleagues
- Consult with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop specific recruiting plans and help define candidate qualifications to meet the needs of their business location
- Creatively source for open roles and pipeline efforts to develop a pool of qualified candidates using multiple channels to recruit candidates which may include colleges, technical and trade schools, association meetings, job fairs, internet and social media, and employee referrals
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle processes
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members through the hiring process
- Recruiting experience across a multi-state, multi-location organization
- Excel at multiple high priority tasks with minimal errors
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
- Patient, communicative team player that is detailed oriented and possess strong time management and organization abilities
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
