• Payroll Administration
• Accounts Payable
• Payments for firm credit cards
• Ensure that all payments are made timely and in accordance with firm policy
• Filing year-end Forms 1096 and 1099
• General Ledger Support
• Quarterly Tax Reporting and Tax Filing Requirements 

What you need: 

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and writing skills.
