Shop Manager
What you will be doing:
- Manages all location maintenance operations and provides shop staff oversight.
- Directly supervises shop staff.
- Provides maintenance operational visibility to the Location Manager.
- Assumes primary responsibility for managing efficient maintenance performance of the location.
- Ensures safe working condition of fleet.
What you will need:
Qualifications for the Shop Manager:
- 5+ years diesel mechanic experience; 2+ years supervisory experience
- School bus mechanic experience preferred
- Knowledge of large fleet environment
- Ability to use computers
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
