What you will be doing as the Chemical Mechanical Service Representative:

  • Effective technical service to support customers and create superior account satisfaction/retention

  • Provide on-going training for driver's related to the appropriate use of each piece of equipment

  • Accurately perform inventory management duties particularly at contract accounts

  • Complete chemical titrations at each location to ensure proper operating parameters are maintained

  • Consistent prompt service of equipment repairs/installations, inventory management, accurately providing customer with a value-add personal service report documenting findings including abuse/damage to equipment

  • Effectively communicate (verbally, written, listening) with customers and cross functional teams

  • Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude by resolving customer's technical challenges and assist with improving processes

  • Effectively collaborate with team members as well as other functional support employees

  • Provide weekly/monthly parts utilization and travel activities to technical manager

  • Document and communicate service findings for every customer service visit

  • Maintain a constant focus on work and vehicle driving safe habits

  • Travel to current and prospective customers to resolve technical issues

What you will be doing as the Chemical Mechanical Service Representative:

  • 5+ years Mechanical/Industrial experience

  • Proven knowledge of plumbing, advanced electricity applications, logic control systems, hydraulic systems

  • Strong time management skills and attention to details

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and cleaning driving record

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel up to 50% including some overnight travel

  • Service experience in the chemical industry is preferred
