What you will be doing as the Service Representative:

• Effective technical service to support surface finishing, heat treating, metal working customers and create superior account satisfaction/retention

• Manage/maintain treatment programs at established customer sites

• Consistent service of equipment repair/installations, chemical testing, inventory management, and providing customer with value-add personal service

• Ability to report and document findings and offer recommendations

• Effectively communicate with customers and cross-functional teams

• Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude by resolving customer’s technical challenges and assist with improving processes

•  Effectively work collaboratively with team members, as well as other functional support employees

• Document and communicate service findings for every customer service visit

What you will need as the Service Representative:

• 2+ years surface finishing, heat treating and metal working experience

• Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial experience required

• Strong time management skills with an attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site testing

• Basic knowledge in electrical and pipefitting

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
