SALES DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrated understanding of EH&S/Sustainability domain, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to effectively engage with EH&S/Sustainability leadership and process owners
- Global scope with NoAm concentration
- Develop and accelerate sales pipeline
- Ability to deliver strategic and technical sales presentations and messaging
- Develops and maintains departmental goals
- Ability to develop small sales team and sales program
- Demonstrated experience coaching and managing employees in positions of increasing responsibility
- Effectively communicate business value, solution capabilities, and market differentiators
- Deliver strategic and technical sales presentations
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategy
- Define and deliver on organizational and individual quarterly and annual sales targets
- Attend EH&S trade/industry conferences and events
- Integrate with a cross-functional team to include Business Development and Customer Success teams
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Minimum 7-10 years EH&S/Sustainability Software sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be willing to travel up to 35%
