SALES DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrated understanding of EH&S/Sustainability domain, challenges, and opportunities
  • Ability to effectively engage with EH&S/Sustainability leadership and process owners
  • Global scope with NoAm concentration
  • Develop and accelerate sales pipeline
  • Ability to deliver strategic and technical sales presentations and messaging
  • Develops and maintains departmental goals
  • Ability to develop small sales team and sales program
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and managing employees in positions of increasing responsibility 
  • Effectively communicate business value, solution capabilities, and market differentiators
  • Deliver strategic and technical sales presentations
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategy 
  • Define and deliver on organizational and individual quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Attend EH&S trade/industry conferences and events
  • Integrate with a cross-functional team to include Business Development and Customer Success teams

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Minimum 7-10 years EH&S/Sustainability Software sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • Must be willing to travel up to 35%
