What you will be doing as the Regional Sales Manager:
Manage a team building new business growth through prospecting in a large market with market-share upside
Oversee Key Account Management of mid-sized and large accounts with an opportunity for increased wallet share with existing customers
Outstanding field and R&D technical support team to support selling opportunities and account management
Strong customer emphasis on reducing total cost, improving production quality, and achieving Health, Safety and Environmental goals and objectives
Problem solving, value added selling process with focus on winning and retaining customers and repeat consumable business
New Sales Professionals receive thorough training and mentoring to support success
What you will need as the Regional Sales Manager:
Bachelors Degree strongly preferred; will consider Associates or Technical diploma with enhanced work experience
10+ years of industrial sales success, preferably in chemical sales
Proven effectiveness in prospecting, closing new projects, and delivering effective presentations
Proven effectiveness in building and managing long-term customer relationships
High achievement orientation; driven to perform and grow
Professionally developed sales and territory management skills
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Travel is required, and you must possess a valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Up to 10% overnight travel
