What you will be doing as the Project Consultant:

• Responsible for leading and managing multiple projects to meet performance initiatives of the under risk-based contracts. 

• Functions include, but are not limited to, coordination and staffing of work groups comprised of administrators/physicians/clinicians/other staff, project management skills, content development, and consulting perspective. 

• Work closely with management and the data analyst to identify areas to improve quality and reduce cost and be responsible for implementing quality improvement activities while measuring the effectiveness of the project.
  

What you will need as the Project Consultant:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2-3 years Healthcare Experience

• Critical/Analytical thinking, problem solving

• Project management, prioritization, time management, coordination, implementation, written and verbal communication, relationship building, data management

• Advanced MS Office, including strong Excel skills

• Internet research skills
