What you will be doing:

• Manage the daily fabrication and coatings removal operations
• Ensure product quality, on-time deliveries, and meeting acceptable service performance
• Provide lean, quality, and safety training
• Lead the group in active safety participation
• Lead efficiency improvements
• Provide shop floor leadership and direction of daily activities

What you will need:

• Associates degree, Bachelors degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant operations leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; to write routine reports and correspondence; and to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Excellent computer skills, including  Microsoft business applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
