What you will be doing as the Office Clerk:
Assist with all incoming and outgoing mail
Answer phones
Check in and out visitors to the company
Maintain a log of incoming/outgoing courier packages
Perform work in copy center, including fax and mail delivery, coordination of print and binding jobs, and troubleshoot basic equipment problems
What you will need as the Office Clerk:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years of administrative and/or receptionist experience
Working knowledge of office machines, including postal meters and scales
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, typing speed of 50 wpm.
