MORTGAGE loan analyst

What you will be doing"

• Focus on expanding exposure in markets where Company does not currently produce many loans
• Focus on refinances of existing loans
• Collecting loan presentation materials from correspondents
• Preparing mortgage loan applications
• Preparing Company’s internal loan presentations for senior management
• Underwriting analysis of new mortgage loan opportunities

What you need:

• College degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and/or Real Estate required
• Must have commercial real estate experience
• Five plus years of previous business experience is preferred
• Must have good work ethic
• The ability to effectively multi-task is critical
• Problem solving and negotiation skills
• Analytical/math skills
• Must possess strong organizational skills
