MAIL ROOM CLERK
Location: Cincinnati, OH
What you will be doing as the Mail Room Clerk:
Responsible for the timely distribution of all incoming and outgoing mailings and parcel.
Circulation of internal documents and/or faxes.
Handling high volume photocopying and posting of mail.
Processing all incoming/ outgoing shipments and preparing all packages for shipment; and maintaining inventory of shipping materials, office supplies and copy/mail equipment.
Provide backup support for the Receptionist and related clerical duties
What you will need as the Mail Room Clerk:
An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and expertise sufficient to perform the essential duties of the position
Experience in Receptionist duties, clerical, or mail room operations is preferred
Ability to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely
Knowledge of office equipment (calculator, copy machines, mailing/posting machine,inserter/folding machine, fax machines)
Knowledge of office practices and procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
