LITIGATION SYSTEM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

What you will be doing as the Litigation System Support Specialist:
Assist with Litigation software upgrades.
Install new versions of the Litigation software.
Pull reports, documents, and large batch data from the software for the Attorneys and Paralegals.
Act as a Help Desk for Attorneys and Paralegals.
What you will need as the as the Litigation System Support Specialist:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
2+ years of experience in a legal support setting.
Experience with Relativity is a requirement.
Experience with Summation, CaseMap and/or Case Notebook is a plus.
Ability to communicate with Attorneys and Paralegals.
Ability to work independently.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including extensive Excel.
