LITIGATION SYSTEM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

What you will be doing as the Litigation System Support Specialist: 

  • Assist with Litigation software upgrades.

  • Install new versions of the Litigation software. 

  • Pull reports, documents, and large batch data from the software for the Attorneys and Paralegals. 

  • Act as a Help Desk for Attorneys and Paralegals.

What you will need as the as the Litigation System Support Specialist:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology. 

  • 2+ years of experience in a legal support setting. 

  • Experience with Relativity is a requirement.

  • Experience with Summation, CaseMap and/or Case Notebook is a plus.

  • Ability to communicate with Attorneys and Paralegals. 

  • Ability to work independently. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including extensive Excel.
