Aquarius Professional Staffing is looking for a self motivated, determined Business Development professional to join our Cincinnati team! We are currently expanding and moving into a new building that offers great amenities and a great location! Aquarius is a full and service executive placement and staffing firm, providing Temporary, Temp-To-Hire and Direct Hire services in the office services to numerous clients in the Greater Cincinnati market.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 1000 clients on-site at their offices or at social events. Relationships and partnerships are developed through entertaining clients at lunches, dinners, baseball and football games, happy hours, etc.

  • Schedule and conduct face to face meetings weekly.

  • Conduct in person cold calls for lead generation.

  • Work collaboratively with recruiting team to fill job orders.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and prospects and resolve customer service issues and field employee issues quickly and effectively.

What  you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 3+ years of effective, proven business growth experience.

  • Understanding of the sales process.

  • Experience in the staffing industry is a plus.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively negotiate with prospects.

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

  • Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
