What you will be doing as the Inside Sales Specialist:
Converting warm leads to new opportunities.
Close sales provided by Lead Coordinator in accordance with company close ratio metrics and profit margins.
Self-generate leads when the leads provided by Lead Coordinator are insufficient to allow the Sales Consultant to achieve their monthly metric goals.
Perform re-paper/re-signs with the new owners of existing Company's merchants to keep the new business owner processing with the Company. This includes signing added locations of existing merchants.
Contact former Company merchants in order to gain them back as customers.
Helping prospects understand the value of the business.
Walking qualified prospects through the buying process.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
What you will need as the Inside Sales Specialist:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least two years sales experience – preferably in the B2B services arena.
Proven ability to convert leads to business.
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
