What you will be doing as the HR Generalist/Manager: 

• Provide HR support for Administration and staff. 

• Responsible for all HR functions including employee relations, practice culture, employee onboarding, benefits, employment and policy administration, UC and WC, FMLA, and recruitment, to name a few. 

• Focus on building a strong collaboration with key decision makers and understanding business objectives. 

• Implement Strategic/Success planning. 

What you need as the HR Generalist/Manager:

• Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field highly preferred.

• At least 5 years of proven HR Generalist experience.

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or SHRM-CP highly preferred.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite. 

• Successful candidates will be a relatable and competent professional with demonstrated organizational skills, poise under pressure, flexibility, positive enthusiasm, and strong communication techniques.
