**Specifically assisting the Central Background Check Unit team**

 

What you will be doing:

  • Assist CBCU (Central background check unit) with all administrative tasks.
  • Auditing personnel files including I-9, background checks, federal tax forms to make sure they stay and are compliant.
  • Release management auditing for all resigned and terminated employee’s.
  • Assist with front desk (when needed).
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting (when needed).

What  you will need:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 1+ year experience in HR Coordinator or Assistant Role
  • Data Entry and ability to enter accurate information into system. 
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
