**Specifically assisting the Central Background Check Unit team**
What you will be doing:
- Assist CBCU (Central background check unit) with all administrative tasks.
- Auditing personnel files including I-9, background checks, federal tax forms to make sure they stay and are compliant.
- Release management auditing for all resigned and terminated employee’s.
- Assist with front desk (when needed).
- Assist with sourcing and recruiting (when needed).
What you will need:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year experience in HR Coordinator or Assistant Role
- Data Entry and ability to enter accurate information into system.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
