Contract
What you will be doing as the Help Desk Analyst:
Respond to emails, telephone calls and automated tickets from employees and customers seeking help with software- or hardware computer-related issues.
Responsible for installation, maintenance and equipment malfunction resolution of hardware.
Learn the business functions and key backend software systems in order to help troubleshooting and resolve user issues.
Route issues to Level 2 that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
Assist the development team in conceptualizing updates and upgrades.
What you will need as the Help Desk Analyst:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years in IT field is preferred
IT related certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA are a plus
Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated capacity to quickly and effectively learn new skills and apply those skills to problem solving
Self-starter; highly motivated and adaptable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
