Contract

What you will be doing as the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Respond to emails, telephone calls and automated tickets from employees and customers seeking help with software- or hardware computer-related issues.

  • Responsible for installation, maintenance and equipment malfunction resolution of hardware.

  • Learn the business functions and key backend software systems in order to help troubleshooting and resolve user issues.

  • Route issues to Level 2 that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.

  • Assist the development team in conceptualizing updates and upgrades.

What you will need as the Help Desk Analyst:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years in IT field is preferred

  • IT related certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA are a plus

  • Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrated capacity to quickly and effectively learn new skills and apply those skills to problem solving

  • Self-starter; highly motivated and adaptable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
