HELP DESK LEVEL 2/3
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you looking for an opportunity as a Help Desk Technician to support a national, growing organization? If so, this is a great opportunity for you!!
What you will be doing:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Resolve issues for MAC and Windows, as well as iPhone and Android
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
What you need:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is a MUST
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Must have strong customer service abilities and experience providing support over the phone
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
