HELP DESK LEVEL 2/3

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will be doing:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Resolve issues for MAC and Windows, as well as iPhone and Android
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

 

What you need:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 is a MUST
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have strong customer service abilities and experience providing support over the phone
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
