What you will be doing as the Corporate Recruiter:
Responsible for sourcing and recruiting entry to mid-level healthcare professionals and ensure open positions are filled rapidly with high caliber candidates.
Builds the reputation of the Human Resources Team as a valuable internal resource for all issues surrounding the candidate selection process.
Partner with hiring Managers on job description, job posting and offer process.
Develop a pool of candidates through direct sourcing for several open positions from a variety of sources.
Ensures recruiting goals and human resources goals are achieved in a timely manner for each assignment.
Performs telephone screens and interviews of candidates.
Maintains database of recruiting data and resumes, and work within applicant tracking system.
What you need as the Corporate Recruiter:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, management, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferably experience recruiting within the healthcare field.
Work with the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters.
Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness, generate suggestions for improving work, and develop innovative approaches and ideas.
