What you will be doing as the Corporate Recruiter:

• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting entry to mid-level healthcare professionals and ensure open positions are filled rapidly with high caliber candidates.

• Builds the reputation of the Human Resources Team as a valuable internal resource for all issues surrounding the candidate selection process.

• Partner with hiring Managers on job description, job posting and offer process.

• Develop a pool of candidates through direct sourcing for several open positions from a variety of sources.

• Ensures recruiting goals and human resources goals are achieved in a timely manner for each assignment.

• Performs telephone screens and interviews of candidates.

• Maintains database of recruiting data and resumes, and work within applicant tracking system.

What you need as the Corporate Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, management, or related field preferred.

• 2-4 years of job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Preferably experience recruiting within the healthcare field.

• Work with the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

• Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness, generate suggestions for improving work, and develop innovative approaches and ideas.
