FINANCIAL ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Accounting team that directs and supports financial reporting activities for all global manufacturing locations with combined revenues over $900M.

• The ideal candidate will be someone with a keen interest in process improvement, the ability to learn financial systems and a desire for upward mobility.

• Load, consolidate and validate month-end close financial data.

• Create and publish monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

• Work with subsidiary financial teams to assist with identification and correction of financial exceptions, including intercompany out of balance conditions.

• Maintain reporting as necessary for management.

• Create new reporting as required within Hyperion system.

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.

• Assist with schedule preparation for SEC and tax reporting.

• Assist with Sarbanes Oxley compliance and Rule 404 documentation

• Work with internal and external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Strong analytical ability to identify, define and facilitate the implementation of new reporting requirements.

• Proficient with MS Office and advanced knowledge with Excel

• Experience with SAP, FAS and Hyperion a plus
