Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analyses and guidance across the entire business line group in support of the business line executive’s efforts to further grow the business, generate revenue and optimize profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead operational initiatives across various business
• Develop complex models capable of capturing key business
• Develop appropriate metrics and dashboards for the business to measure growth, profitability, expense control, efficiency, and
• Assist in the development of the company’s annual operating plan including P&L construction, balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Integral part of the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling tools
• Deliver innovative, high value-added financial information to the management team for strategic decision making
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Support monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results
• Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, timeliness, and insightfulness
• Ensure on-going communication and dialogue with key stakeholders across enterprises
• Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects using tools to improve processes and increase productivity
• Improve data gathering and presentation processes, automating whenever possible
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or MBA degree in a financial discipline preferred
• 2-3 years financial and data analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• SQL preferred
• Strong database skills preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Broad understating of finance and accounting principles
• Creative and resourceful problem solver
• High energy, self-starter, and ambitious
