FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Field Service Technician

What you will be doing: 

• Responsible for inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of vehicles including those in the field and those being prepared for delivery
• Work directly with customers to diagnose problems with company vehicles, and perform repairs at sites across the nation
• Perform inspections and repairs as needed on vehicles prior to shipping/delivery
• Communicate detailed information regarding defects or improvements in design and/or manufacturing to supervisors, verbally and in writing
• Participate in the manufacturing process as required by business needs and other factors
• Provide training support for customer mechanical/technical personnel

What you will need:

• Minimum three years of employment in automotive repair, with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Candidates must possess a commitment to safety, dedication to customer satisfaction, a strong work ethic and a record of quality workmanship.
• Completion of automotive repair program
• Experience with AC/DC electric
• Good computer skills are preferred
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to interact effectively and cordially with customers
• ASE certification a plus
