What you will be doing:
- Communicating benefits information to all employees nationwide
- Point of contact for benefits questions.
- Maintaining and updating all benefits related information and coordinating open enrollment activities.
- Other human resources job duties will be required, must be a flexible and supportive member of a team of HR professionals.
What you will need:
- Bachelor Degree or relevant experience
- 1+ year in a benefit role
- Open Enrollment experience is required
- ADP experience is a plus
- Must have an understanding of 401K programs, flu shots, wellness programs and overall benefits programs
- Must be customer service oriented
