Benefit Administrator

What you will be doing:

  • Communicating benefits information to all employees nationwide
  • Point of contact for benefits questions. 
  • Maintaining and updating all benefits related information and coordinating open enrollment activities.
  • Other human resources job duties will be required, must be a flexible and supportive member of a team of HR professionals.

What  you will need:

  • Bachelor Degree or relevant experience
  • 1+ year in a benefit role
  • Open Enrollment experience is required
  • ADP experience is a plus
  • Must have an understanding of 401K programs, flu shots, wellness programs and overall benefits programs
  • Must be customer service oriented
