RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently respond to customers through email.
- Prioritize emails to respond to urgent emails first and ability to get back to clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle emails regarding complaints to services.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Strong writing skills.
