EMAIL COMPLAINT SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently respond to customers through email.
  • Prioritize emails to respond to urgent emails first and ability to get back to clients in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Handle emails regarding complaints to services.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Strong writing skills.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Email support experience.
