What you will be doing as the Director of Sales and Marketing:
Ensure that the budgeted sales goals, margin, and EBITDA targets are hit each month, quarter, and Fiscal Year.
Responsible for a written National Sales Strategy.
Manage current National Project Manager, Marketing Team, Event Team, and Customer Service Teams.
Assist in developing an effective marketing strategy
Oversee all National Dealers and Key accounts.
Meet with Dealers and National accounts to make sure website is updated and MAP Pricing procedures are followed.
Create sales goals/budgets based upon current market trends.
Identifies shortcomings in a marketing plan and adjusts as needed.
Prepare sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Analyze sales data to identify strengths and weakness of a promotion.
Contribute to Event, Trade Show, Meet and Marketing budget.
Develop policies and procedures as they relate to sales, marketing, and customer service.
Networks with potential customers and business partners to promote certain products
What you will need as the Director of Sales and Marketing:
Bachelor Degree in related field.
5+ years of management experience ideally within the sports industry.
Must have a sports background within Marketing and Sales.
Must have successful background in managing a team and driving annual sales.
Must be able to set sales goals and margins across a team.
Must understand and keep up with market trends.
