DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track and address trends in KPIs.  Leads and develops action plans with General Managers addressing location performance goals.
• Ensures contract standards are being met
• Maintain customer relationships for each contract
• Ensures locations apply FT safety practices
• Review and monitor new business opportunities for the locations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Call Center operation experience
• Strong background in financial, strategic, and organizational analysis
• Understanding and experience of managed care organization 
• Proven ability of managing a large number of employees across multiple locations
• 4 year degree or equivalent experience 
• Supervise General Managers, Project Managers, Contract Managers in delivery of cost optimized operations and service
