What you will be doing as the Director of Clinical Operations:

• Responsible for coordinating and facilitating surgical services across the Hospital to maximize the success of the surgical service line and to provide oversight of the ambulatory practices through executive leadership and alignment of physician practices.

• Responsible for integrating strategic activities into both long-range planning and day-to-day operations.

• Manage team including all scheduling, hiring, firing, training, etc. 

• Implement process improvement across the OR and hospital procedures.

What you will need as the Director of Clinical Operations:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.

• Registered  Nurse

• 7-10 years Professional Experience

• 7-10 years Clinical Experience

• Background in Operating Room Nursing a plus. 

• Experience in process improvement and project management beneficial

• Strong leadership experience and background
