What you will be doing:
Accountable for the overall growth and successful operation of the department as it supports the strategic direction of company.
The primary services the Company provides is Third Party Administration (TPA) back office work and support on behalf of their clients, who are health plans for various government programs.
Provide administration for both prospective and retrospective bundled payments administered by health systems.
Development and implementation of strategic plan.
Development of marketing strategies and growth of the business.
Rate setting and contracting with new and existing clients.
Compliance with State and Federal regulations and industry standards.
Customer satisfaction; leadership of the division including daily operations, fiscal management and staff and resource acquisition and management.
What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare or Business, or a related field
5-7 years Management within the Third Party Administration field
Effective TPA management; leading/growing a business in new markets.
Project management, partnering, team-building, negotiation.
Verbal/written communication skills.
Customer training and development models.
