Responsibilities for the Director- IT Finance and Enterprise Vendor Management:

  • Negotiating contracts for business terms, conditions and pricing

  • Directing the consolidated IT budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation and depreciation functions within the IT department

  • Working collaboratively with the cost center owners of the budget system to ensure fiscal alignment with business strategies

  • Directing the IT asset management processes and governance for maintaining hardware and software procurement, categories, inventories, entitlements, utilization reporting, cost optimization and decommissioning

  • Directing enterprise vendor management processes and governance for selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, as well as the onboarding and offboarding of vendors

  • Ensuring the maintenance of required vendor documentation within multiple systems of record

  • Developing and reporting on IT finance, asset and enterprise vendor management metrics

  • Establishing and monitoring Vendor Service Level Agreements (SLA) against contract terms for all vendors and business partners

  • Working with the IT leadership group and participating in the development of strategic sourcing strategies and vendor relationship management strategies for all aspects of IT 

Qualifications for the Director- IT Finance and Enterprise Vendor Management:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or its business equivalent of strategic sourcing, contracting, purchasing and vendor management activities

  • At least 10 years of supervisory experience

  • Experience with overseeing vendor management systems and programs

  • Experience with IT audit and true-up

  • Experience working in Oracle ERP systems

  • Experience in working with and configuring ServiceNow Contract and Asset modules

  • Ability to negotiate contracts focused on business terms and conditions

  • Ability to direct the production of standards, processes and procedures

  • Knowledge of financial, vendor management and asset management methodologies

  • Knowledge of contract compliance monitoring and relationship management
