DESKTOP SUPPORT/APPLICATION ANALYST

Location: CINCINNATI, OH

What you will be doing:

• Assist in software rollout and answer any questions from end users (450+ end users). 
• Provides PC, mobile and other software related troubleshooting.
• Conducts research on best practices and implements PC and software rollouts.
• Responsible for understanding customer needs and processes to ensure maximum utilization of automation and system availability.
• Tracks calls and maintains history records related to problem resolution.

What you need:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Minimum  2+ years in an IT role.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory 
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
