Desktop support specialist

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Indefinite Contract 

DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Face to face interaction with client fixing technical issues. 
  • Duties include imaging, troubleshooting, laptops, iPhones, iPads, etc. 
  • Installation/ set up of new printers and equipment.
  • Windows 7 support and troubleshooting.
  • Heavy lifting may be required.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • High level knowledge of Windows Desktop, the OS, XP, and Windows 7.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with SCCM 2007.
  • Experience in reviewing PC Logs, diagnosing issues, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in working in an environment with 500 to 2000 PCs is a plus.
  • Very heavy experience with PC deployments, troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Strong experience working with customers.
  • Great communication skills.
