CORPORATE RECRUITER
RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will be doing:
Provides HR consultation from a recruiting perspective by ensuring that nonexempt and entry to mid-level positions to include Technicians & Maintenance positions are filled rapidly with high caliber candidates.
Builds the reputation of the Human Resources Team as a valuable internal resource for all issues surrounding the candidate selection process.
Be a contributing team member that works closely with hiring managers as a consultant and provide effective and innovative HR solutions for a variety of positions within the organization.
Develop a pool of candidates through direct sourcing for several open positions from a variety of sources across multiple divisions.
Ensures recruiting goals and human resources goals are achieved in a timely manner for each assignment.
Performs telephone screens and in depth face-to-face interviews of candidates.
Partner with hiring Managers on job description, job posting and offer process. Run background checks within company policy.
Professionally represents the organization at trade shows, job fairs, open houses, conferences, and meetings.
Onboard new hires within company standards. Prepare offer letters within company standards.
Maintains database of recruiting data and resumes, and work within applicant tracking system.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, management, English, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work with the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters.
Ability to have a flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends in order to meet the business needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness, generate suggestions for improving work, and develop innovative approaches and ideas.
