What you will be doing as the Contract Management Coordinator:
Monitor contract expenditures to assure compliance with the contract budget.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Monitor and report on standard purchase orders versus job cost (contract) purchase orders.
Recommend corrective actions.
Enter quote process contracts in the database if completed in accordance with federal and state requirements.
Ensure contracts are properly entered into the database.
Review standard purchase orders for compliance with federal and state regulations including review of quote process.
Develop a tracking system to monitor and report contract expenditures.
Manage and reconcile contract expenditures and financial projects when improperly entered.
What you will need as the Contract Management Coordinator:
Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance.
Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in finance/accounting including significant experience in A/P and A/R.
Two (2) years office administrative experience.
Contract Management Experience.
Strong ability to learn and apply governmental (Federal, State, Local) rules and regulations.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills.
Demonstrated experience working with financial software applications and Microsoft Office applications.
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-paced environment.
