What you will be doing as the Contract Management Coordinator:

  • Monitor contract expenditures to assure compliance with the contract budget.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned 

  • Monitor and report on standard purchase orders versus job cost (contract) purchase orders.

  • Recommend corrective actions.

  • Enter quote process contracts in the database if completed in accordance with federal and state requirements.

  • Ensure contracts are properly entered into the database.

  • Review standard purchase orders for compliance with federal and state regulations including review of quote process.

  • Develop a tracking system to monitor and report contract expenditures.

  • Manage and reconcile contract expenditures and financial projects when improperly entered.

What you will need as the Contract Management Coordinator:

  • Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance.

  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in finance/accounting including significant experience in A/P and A/R.

  • Two (2) years office administrative experience.

  • Contract Management Experience.

  • Strong ability to learn and apply governmental (Federal, State, Local) rules and regulations.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated experience working with financial software applications and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-paced environment.
