What you will be doing:
- Serves customers by fielding all incoming calls to the organization.
- Field all inbound calls to the appropriate parties.
- Answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What you will need:
- Associates Degree or HS Diploma; professional experience
- 1+ year experience in a customer service role
- Ability to answer and transfer calls
