What you will be doing:

  • Serves customers by fielding all incoming calls to the organization. 
  • Field all inbound calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What you will need:

  • Associates Degree or HS Diploma; professional experience
  • 1+ year experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to answer and transfer calls
