What you will be doing:

• Responsible for placing outbound calls for credit card collections.
• Data entry
• Prepares internal reports for analysis of delinquencies and the projections of charge-offs and partial write-downs.

What you will need:

• 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year in a call center or collection role 
• Outstanding customer service 
• Reliable and patient
