What you will be doing: 

• Administers various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, medical and dental, accident and disability, insurance, pensions and health maintenance organizations.
• Coordinates human resources procedures to initiate benefits such as pensions, disability insurance, medical and life insurance.
• Coordinate and manage union benefits program. 

What you will need:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
