BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Cincinnati, OH

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for answering basic benefits questions to employees.
  • General office duties including scanning, filing, data entry.
  • Keep updated employee records with all relevant information (marital status, years of service, hours worked etc.)
  • Inform employees of their benefit options and plans and monitor use.

What  you will need:

  • Bachelor degree  in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
  • 1+ year in a human resource/benefit type role.
  • Customer Service mentality.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Workday experience preferred- not required.  
  • Excellent organizational skills.
