Contract (Possible Hire)

What you will be doing as the Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support for the Vice President, Manager and/or department.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Order supplies.
  • Setting up new employees in SAP.
  • Booking travel arrangements and handling expense reports.
  • Work on special projects. 

What you will need as the Administrative Assistant:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of applicable experience.
  • Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP or Concur experience is a plus. 
  • Self motivated and dependable.
