What you will be doing as the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support for the Vice President, Manager and/or department.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Order supplies.
- Setting up new employees in SAP.
- Booking travel arrangements and handling expense reports.
- Work on special projects.
What you will need as the Administrative Assistant:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of applicable experience.
- Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP or Concur experience is a plus.
- Self motivated and dependable.
