ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

CONTRACT TO HIRE

**Contract to Hire**

What you will be doing:

• Application of monies received for a specific line of business.

• Reconciling monthly P&L and Balance Sheet accounts related to these receivables.

• Assisting in the compilation of electronic invoices for large national accounts.

• Significant telephonic / email interaction with our field operations.

• Processing refunds and any other necessary adjustments to customer accounts.

• Resolving “unapplied cash” issues.

• Applying payments not systematically applied.

What you need:

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2+ years in an accounting role.

• Experience utilizing an Accounting software.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Capable and comfortable working in a problem solving capacity.

• Self starter who takes ownership of a process or function with a view to making on-going improvements.
