**Contract to Hire**

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.

• Key invoices, work statements through completion, and build relationship with vendors.

• Verify and scan invoices into Lawson.

• Research statements/invoices for missing or inaccurate information.

• Answer all incoming calls.

• Work past due invoices.

• Perform data entry, administrative duties, or special projects.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

• Experience with an accounting software, preferably Lawson

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Strong organizational skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented
